Oslo Davis is an artist who makes witty work for both his own amusement and for publications and projects worldwide.

These include 'This Annoying Life: A Mindless Colouring Book for the Highly Stressed' (Chronicle Books and Black Inc.), 'Overheard: The Art of Eavesdropping' (Hardie Grant) and 'Oslo's Melbourne' (Black Inc.), as well as many more self-published works.
'Raised Eyebrows', Oslo’s self-published newspaper, comes out every year or so. 'Staff Use', the title of Oslo's seventh edition of 'Raised Eyebrows', will be available for the first time at the 2026 Melbourne Art Book Fair. It features a collection of recent drawings and cartoons done for The Saturday Paper, The Age and beyond.
Oslo has a long history of self-publishing and zine-making. Oftentimes these publications feature Oslo's drawings and cartoons in places where he has worked or had residencies, such as Tokyo, Seoul, Hanoi, Quebec City, Reservoir (Naarm / Melbourne) and Queenstown (Lutruwita / Tasmania). Many of these works will be available at the 2026 MABF.
Oslo's work more broadly includes a variety of work and styles done for The New York Times, drawings for RRR, Readings and the NGV, as well as an illustration featured on a twenty-nine metre Melbourne tram and merch designs for the Tokyo Olympics.
Oslo was previously awarded a Creative Fellowship at the State Library of Victoria, and is a Walkley Award and American Illustration Award finalist.
